Dec 11, 2024 The unit was very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the city! The building has every amenity you could need, and a very friendly and welcoming staff! The location is perfect, within walking distance of the loop, Streeterville, and River North. The property manager was very attentive, and kind enough to provide a walking tour of the surrounding neighborhood upon arrival. I could not recommend this property enough! April 28, 2024 As the title suggests, the property manager, L, had made this stay very simple in terms of the check in and check out process. Starting with the opening tour of the property, L has been a resource to count on for any outstanding questions as they arise. For the property itself, the apartment is very well organized and maintained with incredible views. The in apartment games, media and connection has allowed the space to be very enjoyable while the location has made it very convenient. Will definitely be looking to book this space again. Feb 25, 2024 An AMAZING stay! Very clean studio with plenty of space. In a very safe location, and you cannot beat the views!! The amenities were great, and having a full grocery store right below you is great during the winter months! L is a great host, and always made sure we were comfortable and that we were aware of anything going on. I would recommend to any of my family/friends. Thanks again!! May 6, 2023 This is the best place Ive ever stayed as a travel nurse. I cant say enough wonderful things about the building or the landlord, L. The view is insane and pictures really dont do it justice. Beyond the breathtaking view (you will wake up every morning to views of the sears tower and Maggie Daly park!) - the staff is incredible and the amenities are unbeatable. Huge gym, pool, sauna & steam room - great for after a long hospital shift. L was extremely attentive to all my questions/concerns and is a trustworthy, kind landlord. She went above and beyond for me during my stay - I am so grateful to her. I was a little nervous about my walk to the hospital every morning. To my surprise it was pretty quick, very safe and well light. I had no trouble. Plus the #60 bus will pick you up right in front of the building if you prefer transit. Aug 27, 2023 This apartment was wonderful, updated kitchen and bathroom. having an in unit washer and dryer was amazing. L was a great host, she showed me the area and made sure I knew how to walk to work. the building itself was incredible nice gym, pool, patio, and grocery store. the apartment was spacious and had the best views of the city. Dec 13, 2022 This is such a great space for anyone coming to the city wanting to be right downtown. The views from the apartment are insane! Amenities in the building are great. And L was a great host. It was really nice having her next door in case there was anything I needed. She is always quick to respond and had recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and best ways to get around the city. I definitely hope to be back and would recommend the place to anyone!

June 6, 2025 Great location, super close to everything. Didn't even need to use my car since the train is in such close proximity. Right above a grocery store. And walking distance to all the shopping you could ever need on Michigan Ave. Libby was an amazing host. She communicated with us throughout our stay and was always available to check in. She made our check in and check out process super seamless. I'd definitely recommend this space to anyone who is traveling. (Stayed at River North property) Josh

January 2, 2025 Truly a fantastic location. Minutes walk from the heart of River North, 20-25 minute walk to West Loop. On top of a Jewel Osco, so grocery shopping is no problem. Owner is fantastic and very responsive, and there were no problems with deposit refunding. The unit itself is very updated and appliances were obviously new and barely used. The building has great amenities like a 24 hour gym, and heating / elevators were always functional. Would stay again 100%. (Stayed at River North property) Andy

August 30, 2024 Great place in River North, pretty much close to everything you'll need to see. 15 minute walk to the river and maybe 25-30 minutes to the lake. Close to the train and very easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Chicago for an extended time. Owner is quick to respond to all queries.
